Extended School Year (ESY) is a Special Education program for students with disabilities whose IEP team has determined that in order to minimize substantial regression and reduce substantial recoupment time, a student is required to attend ESY. These services will be based upon the individual needs of the students per their IEP goals/objectives. Park School Extended School Year Program provides Park Students with a continuation of IEP services from the regular school year to address retention and recoupment of skills developed throughout the year. Ages 3-22, students with moderate to significant disabilities.

2 School Nurses positions, RN or LPN.
2 Classroom Nurse position, RN or LPN

Role Responsibilities: Provide medical administration (medication, g-tube feedings, suctioning), respond to emergencies (seizures, respiratory, PRN medication) oversee health and safety. Answering phone calls and providing administrative support for program. Power School enrollment and attendance responsibilities.

Orientation Dates: June 8, 2026

Program: June 9 - June 30 (No school on June 19th)

Days of the week: Monday - Friday

Hours: 8:45am - 3pm

Location: Park School - 828 Main Street Evanston, IL

Stipend: Per diem for internal candidates
