Job Summary: We are seeking a Preschool teacher to join our early childhood center-based program. This teaching position requires a Bachelor's degree in an Early Childhood Education related field. Salary will be determined based on education and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging and interactive lesson plans that promote learning and development
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Collaborate with parents, guardians, and other staff members to ensure the well-being and educational needs of each child are met
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting
- Familiarity with childhood development theories and best practices
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children
