We are seeking an experienced Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you enjoy helping clients, solving problems, and working in a supportive, family-oriented environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily customer service calls and client inquiries
• Assist with billing questions and policy servicing
• Process endorsements, renewals, and policy changes
• Quote renewal options and mid-term endorsements
• Communicate with insurance carriers to provide timely, accurate service
• Maintain client records and documentation

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Personal Lines insurance experience required
• Experience with Applied Systems EPIC preferred
• Connecticut Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
