Property and Casualty Insurance Agent Responsibilities

• Providing customers with a professional, high value experience

• Prepare personalized insurance quotes, overcome objections, and close sales while providing extraordinary customer service. 

• Become a knowledge expert of our carrier insurance products 

• Maintain accurate customer records, bookkeeping logs, and insurance sales databases to report progress toward monthly goals

• Commit to a continued education in property & casualty insurance protocols and coverage requirements ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Property and Casualty Insurance Agent Compensation
Base salary uncapped commissions for new policies, renewal and rewrites.
