What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Glazier - Residential Installer position at Evans Glass Company?
Local glass company looking for experienced lead full-time glaziers. We do shower enclosures, mirrors, residential reglazes, commercial storefront, and interior all-glass.
-Applicant must be able to install, with help from a helper, shower enclosures, mirrors, and residential glass.
-Applicants must posses a valid driver's license with a driving record clean enough to be covered by our insurance.
-We offer good health insurance, retirement matching, and paid vacation after the probationary time period.
-40 hours a week with the possibility of occasional overtime some weeks, if wanted and if you have the experience.
-Pay is based on experience level. In general, starting pay for an experienced lead installer is $25/hour plus quarterly performance bonuses.
-You must be able to lift heavy glass and work on ladders and scaffolding. Glass can be a dangerous material, so attention to the safety of yourself and others is critical!
-Typical hours are 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM. Monday - Friday.
