About the Role
We are seeking a Legal Assistant with at least 2 years of experience to join our litigation team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being a key contributor in a small, hardworking, and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will play an integral role in keeping cases organized, managing deadlines, coordinating litigation activities, and supporting attorneys and paralegals throughout the life of a case. This is a full-time, fully in-person position based in our Littleton, Colorado office.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trial-related events.
- Manage attorney calendars and litigation deadlines.
- Prepare, organize, and distribute pleadings, exhibits, discovery materials, expert reports, and deposition transcripts.
- Assist with electronic court filings and monitor court notices and filing status.
- Maintain case files and document management systems.
- Coordinate communications among attorneys, clients, experts, vendors, and opposing counsel.
- Support trial preparation, including exhibit and witness coordination.
- Schedule meetings and assist with case team collaboration.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of legal assistant experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and document management systems.
- Proficiency with the Colorado Courts E-Filing system and PACER.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Pay range and compensation package
Salary Range: $50,000–$65,000 annually, depending on experience.
