The Role
Think of this as the ultimate “talent scout” gig. As our Lead Recruiter, you’ll be the go-to person for finding, attracting, and hiring the best people out there. From crafting job descriptions that pop to spotting hidden gems in the talent pool, you’ll shape the future of our team – and by extension, the future of our company.
What You’ll Do
- Run the full recruiting show, from sourcing to offer letter
- Create fresh, innovative ways to connect with top talent
- Partner with managers across the company to understand their needs and build job postings that attract the right people to join our family
- Keep tabs on hiring trends so we stay ahead of the game
- Be the face of our company at job fairs, college events, and recruiting sessions
- Make sure everything we do aligns with best practices and employment laws (yep, you’re the cool rule follower)
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For

A bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent “real-world” recruiting experience)

3 years of experience as a recruiter with a knack for finding unicorn candidates

Comfort with ATS, HRIS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools

Someone who’s just as confident in a networking event as they are behind a laptop
