What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Hygienist position at Evans Dental?

We have an excellent compensation package and the hourly wage starting point depends upon experience.
We are seeking someone who will:

-Provide exquisite care for each patient entrusted to us
- Initiate meaningful conversation with patients on overall wellness
- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including periodontal therapy, prophylaxis, and maintenance procedures
- Take and record patients' vital signs.
-Provide an oral cancer screening
- Assist the dentist during procedures by providing dental instruments and materials when needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality
- Follow aseptic technique and infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Utilize Eaglesoft for patient management and charting
Note: Certification as a Dental Hygienist in the State of Idaho is required for this position.
