Dissemination Specialist - Team Lead

Overview

The qualified candidate will support the Army G-2 with comprehensive operational intelligence integration and data-centric support. The candidate will respond to requirements across multiple theaters of operation, helping commanders to establish and sustain a Common Operating Picture.. Core services include cross-domain solutions, secure network access, data management, systems integration, and access relevant reporting across U.S. and multinational platforms.

Clearance: Active DoD TS/SCI (with ability to obtain a CI poly.

Location: Ft. Belvoir, VA (on-site)

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specifics of the role with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Desire experience of 10 years in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years.
• Advanced Experience using Microsoft SharePoint 2013
• 4 years demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.
• Demonstrated experience involving complex security classification decisions such as coalition/foreign partner support, foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or cross-domain operations.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as SOPs and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts. Demonstrated understanding of metadata.
• Demonstrated ability to instruct and interact with small groups on data and information requirements and coordination tasks.
• Demonstrates mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology.
• Demonstrates ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks.
• Demonstrates in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings.
  
  

Special Qualifications

• Prepares and processes the movement of appropriately marked intelligence products between security domains.
• Manages the sending and posting of products to approved individuals, organizations, and sites, including the verification of appropriate clearances and accesses of users.
• Logs potential inadvertent security incidents and utilizing and maintaining site SOPs IAW the appropriate policy and guidance. Ensures the timely, accurate, and complete generation and modification of intelligence product metadata consistent with Government approved standards.
• Uses government-specified tools to generate and modify product metadata (including, but not limited to, Government developed macro-based solution called the Document Dissemination Tool (DDT), Government-developed Create Organize Retrieve and Evaluate (CORE) tool, Government developed DIA Product Control Numbering Database (PCN DB), and MS Office Suite.
• Performs cross-domain products (associated material) dissemination on approved networks and registers product(s) into the approved intelligence repositories.
  
  

Desired Education

• Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
• Desired Equivalent Education: Associates degree with 7 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline OR High School Diploma with 9 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline
