Job Overview:
Private Christian School in Alabaster is looking for After-Hours Care staff for the 2026-2027 school year. The purpose of the AHC program is to provide attentive, organized, loving care for our students who must remain on campus after school hours. Our After-Hours Care program begins at 1:00 for grades K3-5th and at 3:20 p.m. for the upper grades. After-Hours Care ends at 5:00 p.m. Classroom experience is preferred but not required. Ideal candidate would be able to work M-F, but there is some flexibility on that. Must be 16 years old or older. Must submit to a background check. Must complete online Safe Sanctuary training if hired.
Primary needs:
1. Able to arrive at 1:00.
2. Enjoy working with children.
3. Be reliable.
Interviews will be scheduled after the 4th of July and the start date is August 13th with a training day the first week in August.
Job Type: Part-time
