Prescott offers big city amenities while maintaining our small-town charm. Our mile-high elevation offers four mild seasons with an average annual temperature of 72 degrees! The following characteristics and achievements will make you a preferred candidate:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field
- 3-5 years of experience as a General Manager or in a senior hotel leadership role
- Previous Marriott leadership experience highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, financials, and industry best practices
- Proven results in driving financial results and high guest satisfaction
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., FOSSE, MGS or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
