Responsibilities
- Client Education: Provide clients with in-depth information about insurance options and coverage details.
- Policies Customization: Tailor insurance policies to meet each client's individual needs and requirements.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales Generation: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell insurance products to meet client needs.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
Requirements
- Licensing: Possess a valid California Property & Casualty License.
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related sales role is advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Customer-Focused: Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-lasting client relationships.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, in-person work environment.
