About the Role
Stewards are essential to keeping our kitchen, café, and guest spaces clean, organized, and running smoothly. This role supports both our kitchen team and our guests by maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards.
What You’ll Do
- Wash dishes, pots, and sheet pans by hand
- Maintain a clean and organized dish, kitchen, and café area
- Remove trash, compost, and recycling throughout the day
- Assist with sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning
- Clean and restock bathrooms
- Clean windows and doors
- Regularly clean kitchen vents and fryer areas
- Help maintain cleanliness of the walk-in cooler
- Assist with periodic deep cleaning of large equipment
Qualifications
- Dishwasher or similar kitchen experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication and ability to follow direction
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Sense of urgency and pride in keeping a clean workspace
Schedule
- Part-time, 3-5 days per week. 24-28 hours
