EVA Design and Engineering LLC (EVA) is seeking a Project Manager / Civil Engineer to join our growing civil engineering and land development consulting firm. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Illinois preferred
- Experience with AutoCAD; Civil 3D experience is a plus
- Experience leading and mentoring junior engineers and designers
- Curiosity and passion for civil engineering, design, collaboration, and client service
- Strong desire to learn and grow professionally
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks across various projects
- Responsiveness to clients, partners, and project stakeholders
Your Role
- Collaborate with EVA Principals on the design, permitting, and construction of a diverse portfolio of civil engineering and land development projects
- Prepare plans and assist with site design, grading and drainage design, utility layout, and stormwater modeling and calculations
- Lead a team of junior engineers and designers on a wide range of projects
- Coordinate with internal and external project stakeholders
- Visit and observe active construction sites
- Pursue continuous learning and skill development in civil engineering and land development
