Are you a natural leader who thrives on turning blueprints into reality? We’re looking for a Construction Project Manager to take charge of exciting projects, drive teams to success, and deliver results with precision, safety, and quality.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary client contact, setting clear expectations from project start to finish.
Prepare accurate project estimates and review specifications, drawings, and contracts.
Lead and supervise construction efforts to ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
Coordinate onsite activities, schedules, and engineering functions while supporting administrative staff.
Direct and mentor superintendents, craft employees, and subcontractors.
Review drawings, recommend methods/equipment, and issue change orders when needed.Drive productivity, efficient resource use, and profitability.
Prepare monthly reports, cost forecasts, and project status updates.
Oversee contract administration including owner agreements, subcontractor agreements, scheduling, RFIs, shop drawings, and change orders.
Ensure complete and accurate project closeout documentation.
What We’re Looking For
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent technical training/experience).5 years of increasing responsibility in construction project management.
Strong knowledge of construction technology, equipment, methods, safety standards, and craft agreements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
A valid driver’s license (required).

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
