Job Title: BCBA / Clinical Director – League City, TX
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate BCBA (3 years) to serve as the Clinical Director at our brand-new, sensory-friendly ABA center in League City, TX. This role focuses on clinical excellence, low caseloads, and true work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, train RBTs, and provide parent training
- Supervise clinical staff and support a caseload of up to 9 full-time clients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- 3 years of clinical experience
- Strong background in mental/behavioral health
- Leadership and organizational skills
- Preferred: Master’s in Psychology, Behavioral Health, or related field
- CPR certification
