BCBA / Clinical Director – Matawan, NJ
We are seeking an experienced BCBA (3 years) to serve as the Clinical Director at our new, sensory-friendly ABA center in Matawan, NJ. This role is ideal for someone passionate about clinical excellence and looking for true work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead clinical operations and supervise RBTs and treatment plans
- Conduct assessments, parent training, and oversee high-quality ABA services
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and ensure compliance with standards
- Manage a small caseload (max 9 full-time clients / ~32 billable hrs) with practicum support
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification required
- 3 years of clinical experience; supervisory background preferred
- Strong skills in leadership, organization, and clinical decision-making
- Master’s in Psychology, Behavioral Health, or related field preferred
- CPR certification
