Job Title: BCBA / Clinical Director – Matawan, NJ
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join us as a Clinical Director at our brand-new, sensory-friendly center in Matawan, NJ. This is an exciting opportunity for a BCBA with 3 years of experience who is passionate about clinical excellence, ethical practice, and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to RBTs and behavior technicians
- Deliver parent training and ensure family-centered care
- Monitor treatment integrity and client progress
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality services
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification and relevant state licensure
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
- Strong background in Behavioral Health, Mental Health, or Psychology
- Experience in clinical supervision preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional clinical teams
- CPR certification
- Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Behavioral Health, or related field (preferred)
