Position: BCBA / Clinical Director – Cypress, TX
We are hiring an experienced BCBA (3 years) to lead clinical operations at our new sensory-friendly center in Cypress, TX. The Clinical Director will oversee assessments, treatment planning, RBT training, parent training, and clinical quality while managing a small caseload (max 9 full-time clients or 32 billable hours/week).
Qualifications:
- BCBA certification and relevant licensure
- 3 years clinical experience; strong background in mental/behavioral health
- Experience supervising clinicians; strong leadership and organizational skills
- Master’s degree preferred (Psychology, Behavioral Health, etc.)
- CPR certification
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure compliance
