BCBA Clinical Supervisor

Job Title: BCBA / Clinical Director
Location: Matawan, NJ

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate BCBA (3 years) to lead a brand-new, sensory-friendly ABA clinic as our Clinical Director. This role focuses on clinical excellence, meaningful impact, and true work-life balance — with no nights, weekends, or on-call duties.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and supervise RBTs
• Provide parent training and clinical oversight
• Maintain a low caseload (max 9 full-time clients / ~32 billable hrs/week)
• Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Participate in initial and ongoing clinical training

Qualifications:

• BCBA certification (required)
• 3 years of experience
• Strong clinical supervision and leadership skills
• Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or psychology
• Master’s degree in a related field (preferred)
• CPR certification (required)

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
