Job Title: BCBA / Clinical Director
Location: Matawan, NJ
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate BCBA (3 years) to lead a brand-new, sensory-friendly ABA clinic as our Clinical Director. This role focuses on clinical excellence, meaningful impact, and true work-life balance — with no nights, weekends, or on-call duties.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and supervise RBTs
- Provide parent training and clinical oversight
- Maintain a low caseload (max 9 full-time clients / ~32 billable hrs/week)
- Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Participate in initial and ongoing clinical training
Qualifications:
- BCBA certification (required)
- 3 years of experience
- Strong clinical supervision and leadership skills
- Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or psychology
- Master’s degree in a related field (preferred)
- CPR certification (required)
