Develop and execute high-quality, cost-appropriate manufacturing solutions that satisfy customer requirements while establishing technical specialty areas
Utilize appropriate tools to perform necessary work, including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes, and production
Demonstrate intermediate, discipline-specific understanding of how to support full manufacturing processes, product requirements, specifications, and cross-discipline coordination
Execute responsibilities independently in accordance with good manufacturing practices and established manufacturing processes
Provide support to direct production line operators as needed
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of equipment, process control, safety, risk awareness, setup procedures, and operations
Troubleshoot and resolve product defects to exceed customer expectations
Apply process improvement methodologies to enhance testing efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum Associate's degree in Electronics, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Science with at least one (1) year of related experience OR an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
Appleton location strongly preferred
