Eustasis Psychiatric & Addiction Health is a same day outpatient psychiatric treatment center serving children, adults, and geriatric patients across the lifespan!
We are seeking a Medical Assistant to join our amazing team at Eustasis in Rogers, AR. This role will help support providers with clinical and administrative duties.
Responsibilities include:
- Room patients, obtain vitals, and complete patient intakes
- Answer nursing calls and manage clinical voicemails
- Process medication refills and prior authorizations
- Collect urine drug screens
- Set up and assist with ADHD testing
- Perform EKGs per provider orders
- Assist providers during patient visits
- Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR
- Follow HIPAA and clinical safety standards
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Medical Assist certification preferred or relevant experience
- Prior clinical or medical office experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Job Type: Full-time
Hours: 9:30am-6:00pm
