Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate kindergarten program for young children.
2. Plan and execute educational in-class and outdoor activities and events.
3. Observe and evaluate children's performance, behavior, social development, and physical health.
4. Instruct students individually and in groups, adapting teaching methods to meet students' varying needs and interests.
5. Establish clear objectives for all lessons, units, and projects, and communicate those objectives to children.
6. Meet with parents and guardians to discuss their children's progress and needs, determine their priorities for their children, and suggest ways that they can promote learning and development.

Certifications:
