1. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for teaching reading and language arts.

4. Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
5. Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development.
6. Participate in department and school meetings, parent meetings.
7. Stay updated with latest teaching trends and educational best practices.
