We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Infant Daycare Provider to join our team at Eustace ISD. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a deep understanding of child development. This position requires a nurturing and caring individual who has the patience and creativity to foster an environment that is stimulating, comforting, and appropriate for infants and their developmental needs.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide a safe and nurturing environment for infants to explore and grow.
2. Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities.
3. Monitor and report on infant behavior and development.
4. Maintain communication with parents regarding their child's progress and behavior.
5. Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all infants.
6. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all infant areas and materials.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in an infant daycare setting is preferred.
2. Excellent understanding of child development in different age stages.
3. Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting and carrying infants.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with other staff members, parents, and community members.
