We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team at Eustace High School as a Teacher/Football-Offensive Coordinator. Responsibilities:
As a Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
1. Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that meet the educational needs of your students.
2. Evaluating student performance and providing feedback to improve their academic growth.
3. Collaborating with other teachers, parents, and stakeholders to maximize student learning.
4. Participating in school events and staff meetings.
As a Football-Offensive Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
1. Developing and implementing offensive strategies for our high school football team.
2. Coaching and mentoring players to improve their skills and understanding of offensive tactics.
3. Collaborating with the head coach and other coordinators to develop game plans.
4. Ensuring all players adhere to the rules and regulations of the sport.
Skills:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
3. Ability to develop and implement effective lesson plans and coaching strategies.
4. Strong understanding of football tactics, particularly offensive strategies.
