National Major Account Sales Manager – Wholesale Club Focus
Location: Simi Valley, CA (On-Site)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced National Account Sales Manager to manage and grow key Wholesale Club and Superstore business. This on-site role, based at our Simi Valley, CA headquarters, is responsible for driving revenue growth, executing retail strategies, and strengthening long-term partnerships with national retail customers.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with Wholesale Club accounts such as Costco, Sam’s and BJ’s, PriceSmart, City Club and who understands the unique dynamics of the Club channel, including item set-ups, line reviews, rotations, and promotional planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage assigned national Club and/or Superstore accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Wholesale Club buying teams and internal stakeholders
- Lead line reviews, item presentations, and new item set-ups, including item rotations and limited-time programs
- Develop and negotiate pricing, margins, promotions, assortments, and program strategies aligned with the Wholesale Club business
- Drive new item placement, expansion opportunities, and incremental volume within existing accounts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, marketing, finance, and customer service to ensure flawless execution
- Monitor sell-in, sell-through, inventory levels, and promotional performance to support account growth
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, account reviews, and performance reporting to leadership
- Proactively address and resolve account issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate CRM and reporting systems while supporting continuous sales process improvement
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing Club channel national accounts and/or Big-Box Superstore retailers
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in home goods, consumer products, or CPG
- Deep understanding of the wholesale club sales structure, buying process, and item lifecycle
- Experience with line reviews, item rotations, promotional programs, and volume forecasting
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Highly organized, analytical, and results-driven
- Ability to work full-time on-site in a driven, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Travel is required
Preferred Experience
- Direct experience working with the Wholesale Club industry and Superstore retailers
- Exposure to Costco, Sam’s Club or other Club retailers, exposure to Walmart or other hypermarket retailers
- Experience managing high-volume, SKU-driven assortments
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems
