Responsibilities
- Responsible for non-conformances management and validation.
- Evaluates trends and provides KPI reports for leadership team.
- Determining final financial figures regarding NC's.
- Provides support on special projects and quality meetings.
- Assist quality technicians on the lab and on the floor when needed.
- Must work well with others in a team environment.
- Maintains a clean and organized work area.
- Observe company work rules and safety regulations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Face to face communication with customers.
- Problem solving and diagnostic skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to formulate and communicate quality standards and measurements.
- Strong, effective written and oral communications.
- Ability to compose clearly-written functional test plans and verification scripts against detailed product requirements.
- Strong Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word etc.) based software ability.
- Reasoning ability.
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines.
- Must have good judgment of color.
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods in front of a screen, up to 8 hours per shift.
- Occasional bending, stooping and reaching as required by job tasks.
- Occasional lifting, carrying of up to 50 lbs.
- Preferred, Bachelor's degree
- One or more years of relevant quality assurance experience.
- Combination of education and experience determined by hiring manager.
- PTO starting at 10 days(pro-rated based on month of hire) and building to 15, 20, and finally 25 days with each year of employment)
