We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products effectively. Your ability to communicate clearly and maintain a positive attitude will be essential in creating a welcoming environment for our customers.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs in a friendly manner.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person, ensuring excellent phone etiquette.
- Utilize retail math and basic math skills to process transactions accurately.
- Provide information about products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience.

Keeping the lobby clean.

- Upsell products when appropriate to meet customer needs and increase sales.
- Supervise stock levels and assist with inventory management as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the store.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.

Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive interactions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information to customers.
- Proficiency in retail math and basic math for accurate transaction processing.
- Experience in supervising staff or team members is a plus.
- Ability to upsell products while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

- Sales experience is preferred
