We are looking for a seasoned Automotive Technician who’s ready to hit the ground running — someone with at least 5 years of professional shop experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-caliber environment. What You’ll Do
- Perform advanced diagnostics and precision repairs on a wide range of European vehicles (plus occasional domestic and diesel work)
- Conduct complete maintenance, alignments, powertrain, and transmission services
- Utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and OEM/OES parts to ensure peak performance
- Interpret technical schematics and service manuals with accuracy
- Maintain detailed service records and parts documentation
- Assist in accurate estimating of repair costs and timelines
- Deliver a seamless experience by communicating clearly and professionally with customers
- Collaborate with our elite team of European car specialists to keep the shop running efficiently
What You Bring
- 5 years of hands-on experience in a professional automotive shop (dealership experience a plus)
- Expert knowledge of complex automotive systems, including electrical and ADAS components
- Advanced mechanical diagnostic and repair skills
- Familiarity with European vehicle platforms (BMW, Mercedes, Audi, etc.)
- Ability to work confidently with hand and power tools; welding experience is a plus
- Strong commitment to efficiency without compromising quality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A drive to continuously learn, improve, and master your craft
- Driver's License
