Inside Sales Representative – Countertops & Stone Surfaces
Location: Inman, SC
Pay: $800–$1,200 per week
Schedule: Monday–Friday
European Granite is looking for a motivated salesperson to join our team. This is an inside sales position working directly with homeowners, builders, contractors, and designers to help them select countertops and move projects from estimate to installation.
We're not looking for someone who simply answers phones and hands out pricing. We're looking for someone who can build relationships, follow up consistently, and help customers feel confident throughout the purchasing process.
The right person will be comfortable talking with people, staying organized, and managing multiple projects at once.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers in our showroom and assist with material selections
- Prepare and send countertop estimates
- Follow up on quotes and open projects
- Communicate with homeowners, builders, and contractors throughout the sales process
- Maintain customer records and job information
- Answer phone calls, emails, and showroom inquiries
- Help customers understand materials, pricing, and installation timelines
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable using computers, email, CRM, and spreadsheet systems
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to learn product knowledge and confidently present options to customers
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in countertops, cabinetry, flooring, construction, or home improvement sales
- Experience working with builders, contractors, or designers
- Knowledge of granite, quartz, marble, or other stone products
