European Granite is seeking an experienced Countertop CNC Programmer to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, operating, and optimizing CNC equipment used in the fabrication of granite, quartz, marble, and other natural stone countertops. This position plays a key role in ensuring accuracy, quality, and production efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Create and edit CNC programs for countertop fabrication.
- Program sink cutouts, cooktop cutouts, edge profiles, and custom stone features.
- Review shop drawings and digital templates for accuracy.
- Operate and troubleshoot CNC machinery as needed.
- Perform quality control inspections throughout the fabrication process.
- Work closely with templaters, fabricators, and production staff to ensure project requirements are met.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Assist with machine maintenance and tooling management.
Qualifications
- Previous CNC programming experience required.
- Experience in the stone countertop industry preferred.
- Familiarity with CNC software used in stone fabrication.
- Ability to read shop drawings, CAD files, and countertop layouts.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
