Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for an Associate Lawyer based in Virginia Beach, VA. Salary details: $105,000 minimum, negotiable based on experience.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in legal research, legal writing, and case analysis
- Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents
- Skilled in courtroom representation, trial advocacy, and handling hearings
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-centered approach
- Ability to work proactively, manage multiple cases, and meet deadlines
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Virginia State Bar and in good standing
- Prior experience in litigation or criminal justice is a plus
