At EuroOptica, we don't sell glasses. We curate vision experiences.
We're seeking an experienced Luxury Client Experience Specialist to become the voice of EuroOptica. Working from our office, you'll support all boutique locations by handling phone calls, emails, chat, and client communications with the same level of service our clients expect in-store.
Every interaction should feel as though the client is speaking directly with their local EuroOptica boutique—personal, seamless, and unforgettable.
Responsibilities
- Answer calls, emails, chat, and text messages for multiple boutique locations.
- Deliver exceptional luxury customer service and sales support.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with doctors and store teams.
- Educate clients on premium eyewear, lenses, and insurance benefits.
- Convert inquiries into appointments and sales opportunities.
- Serve as the communication liaison between clients and our boutiques.
- Maintain detailed client notes to ensure a seamless experience across all locations.
Qualifications
- Previous optical industry experience required.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Excellent phone and written communication.
- Knowledge of premium lenses, luxury eyewear, and insurance preferred.
- Professional, organized, and able to multitask.
- Passionate about hospitality and delivering an exceptional client experience.
