As a Regional Sales Associate, you will assist in driving growth by supporting the sales team in acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. You will be responsible for conducting market research, generating leads, and managing customer inquiries to ensure a high level of satisfaction and engagement.
Your role will also involve attending trade shows and supporting sales initiatives within a defined territory. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for sales and a keen interest in the financial technology industry.
- Research and identify prospective clients in the assigned region
- Support outbound prospecting through email, CRM tasks, and LinkedIn outreach
- Assist with qualifying inbound leads and maintaining accurate CRM records
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and follow-up emails
- Schedule sales calls, demos, client meetings, and conferences
- Help draft proposals, pricing summaries, and RFP responses
- Track sales pipeline metrics, activity logs, and performance reports
- Coordinate with Marketing on campaigns, events, and trade show support
- Assist with contract documentation and client onboarding handoffs
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the Regional Sales Director
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the financial services or technology sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within the sales field.
