Compliance Implementation Manager

We are seeking a client-focused and detail-oriented Compliance Implementation Manager to lead the onboarding and support lifecycle for Skylight clients. This role will serve as the primary liaison between our internal teams and external clients, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing satisfaction with Skylight’s compliance solutions.

- Lead end-to-end implementation of Skylight for new clients, including environment configuration, SFTP setup, and user provisioning.
- Conduct client discovery sessions to gather requirements and translate them into actionable implementation plans.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to tailor Skylight modules to client-specific workflows and regulatory needs.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations throughout onboarding.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients' post-implementation, addressing questions, troubleshooting issues, and guiding best practices.
- Provide training and documentation to ensure clients can effectively use Skylight’s modules (e.g., Case Management, Risk Rating, Rules Engine).
- Monitor client usage and proactively identify opportunities for optimization or additional support.

- Ensure implementations align with internal and external compliance standards (e.g., SOC 1/2, data sensitivity classifications).
- Collaborate with the Compliance team to interpret regulatory requirements and embed them into Skylight configurations.
- Maintain awareness of evolving compliance frameworks and ensure Skylight remains adaptable to client needs.

• 5 years of experience in SaaS implementation, compliance operations, or client success roles.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in financial services or fintech environments.
• Experience with data security protocols, SFTP, and user provisioning workflows.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously with precision and empathy.

• Familiarity with Skylight or similar compliance platforms.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Compliance, Engineering, and Product.
