JOB SUMMARY:
The Sales Project Coordinator's responsibilities are managing and overseeing various aspects of projects. Collaboration with internal and external clients to organize the various components of a project needed to initiate, manage, and conclude assigned projects. Provide administrative support to the sales and production departments.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Reviews all incoming orders from Sales for clarity and accuracy and then prepares orders to process incoming jobs
- Verifies accuracy and drafts for internal system (V6/ Draft sight)
- Conducts kick-off meetings with customer prior to drafting submittal and update notes in PDF's
- Assembles CAD package to present to customer for approval.
- Prepares/updates amendments per changes requested by clients
- Creates detailed V6 drawings for production.
- Updates job folders and Creates E2 Project and edits PDFs for SolidWorks/V6
- Performs other duties as assigned to assist other departments
Requirements:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Able to understand and execute detailed written and verbal instructions
- Strong Communication both written and oral
- Strong time Management and Organization skills
- Knowledge in technical details related to field, interpreting or drafting CAD drawings, or willingness to learn
- Take initiative and ownership on project and requirements
- Able to work in a team with co-workers to resolve work-related issues.
- Able to handle projects and see them through completion.
- Able to coordinate with multiple department efforts.
- Strong computer proficiency
- Knowledge of Microsoft office
- Basic knowledge of CRM and ERP systems
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- HS Diploma or equivalent required. College degree in related field preferred.
- Two plus years' experience in customer service, Project Coordination, or related fields
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
