EuroKera is looking for a hands-on Maintenance & Reliability Supervisor to help lead our maintenance team and support the equipment reliability that keeps our advanced glass-ceramic manufacturing operation running safely and effectively.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the equipment, takes a “hands-on approach” working with technicians, solving problems, improving preventive maintenance practices, and helping a team take pride in doing the job the right way. In this role, you will supervise multi-shift Maintenance Technicians, coordinate daily priorities, use MaintainX and SAP, and oversee spare parts to make sure the team has what it needs to support production.

What you will do:
- Lead and support a team of Maintenance Technicians
- Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance work
- Use MaintainX to manage work orders, PMs, and track downtime
- Use SAP to support maintenance and spare parts inventory activity
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and EHS to support uptime and safety
- Manage and report on all maintenance related activities on a daily basis to plant staff

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Candidates should possess Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair skills to support production equipment and facility systems.
- Candidates should possess Preventive Maintenance skills to plan, execute, and optimize maintenance programs and schedules.
- Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and process issues and implement effective corrective actions.
- Relevant skills such as familiarity with industrial safety standards, budgeting for maintenance activities, and use of CMMS or maintenance tracking tools are beneficial.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, particularly with high-volume production, is preferred.
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are required.
