We are seeking a skilled front of house staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, food safety, and the hospitality industry. As a front of house staff member you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Responsibilities:
-MUST BE ABLE/WILLING TO WORK ALL AREAS OF FRONT OF HOUSE
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations- Maintain cleanliness and organization of area you are responsible for- Handle cash and credit transactions using a POS system- Upsell additional products when appropriate
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the food industry
- Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Familiarity with sales techniques to promote specials and upsell products
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
