We are seeking a Power BI Dashboard expert to join our Quality Assurance team. This role will focus on developing and maintaining dashboards that track metrics and KPIs supporting audits, investigations, and overall quality operations.

🏢 Department: Quality Assurance
We are seeking a Power BI Dashboard expert to join our Quality Assurance team. This role will focus on developing and maintaining dashboards that track metrics and KPIs supporting audits, investigations, and overall quality operations.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Develop tools for tabulation, tracking, and graphical display of QA data
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and underlying datasets
- Ensure reliable, automated data flows for analytics and visualization
- Support metrics for audits, investigations, and compliance activities
- Identify opportunities for automation to reduce repetitive work (Power Automate experience is a plus)
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and report anomalies
- Collaborate across teams and provide support in a client-facing environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Biochemistry, or related discipline
- 4 years of relevant industry experience (pharma/biotech strongly preferred)
- Strong expertise in Power BI and Microsoft tools (Power Query, Excel macros) and experience creating Power BI dashboards
- Familiarity with SQL and at least one programming language (Python, Ruby, or JavaScript)
- Experience with other visualization tools (Spotfire, Tableau) is a plus
- GMP experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Power Automate strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
