Job Description
Office Administrator responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Receptionist Duties
- Sit at the front desk full time
- Greet guests
- Accept packages
- Main point of contact for the 8x8 phone system via email/disperse calls to the appropriate recipient or call the customer back directly
- Manage stock of all office and restroom supplies, cleaning supplies & breakroom supplies (including breakroom snacks and drinks and the weekly fruit pickup)
- Take out the breakroom and restroom trash on Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday mornings (if needed)
- Maintain office vendor contracts and vendor payables (Processing vendor invoices and raising vendor purchase orders in the Coupa system)
- Main point of contact when vendors are onsite
- Support In-Office meetings by providing supplies for meeting attendees, breakfast/lunch and clean-up as needed; possibly make dinner reservations for the group.
- General administrative support for the office, including some project coordination and certification admin work.
- Assist with shipping samples or creating shipping labels if technicians are out of the office
- Additional Duties as requested
Basic Minimum Educational Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of clerical or admin experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Essential skills include: strong communicaiton, organization, time management, and basic clerical abilities
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
