Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bioanalytical Research Associate to support laboratory testing of protein and small molecule therapeutics. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with analytical lab experience who can operate instrumentation, execute assays, and contribute to a high-quality, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine bioanalytical testing of protein and small molecule therapeutics
• Operate analytical instrumentation, including liquid chromatography (LC), iCE, CGE, pH, and UV-Vis spectroscopy
• Prepare samples, standards, and reagents for analysis
• Execute assays with accuracy and attention to detail under minimal supervision
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment
• Accurately document experimental data in compliance with cGMP standards using LIMS
• Support general lab operations and continuous improvement efforts
  
  

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline (or equivalent experience)
• 2–3 years of laboratory experience in bioanalytical or analytical chemistry
• Hands-on experience with chromatographic and/or spectroscopic techniques
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  
  

Preferred

• Experience with imaged capillary electrophoresis (iCE)
• Familiarity with CEX or other protein separation techniques
• Knowledge of USP/EP compendial assays

Position is Full Time, Monday-Friday, First Shift, Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Andover, MA, are encouraged to apply
