Job Description
- Execute analytical assays and laboratory studies in both lab and clean room environments
- Support clinical manufacturing activities including process characterization, de‑risking studies, engineering runs, and PPQ-related testing
- Perform recirculation studies, material compatibility testing, and sterile filter validation (e.g., Vmax studies)
- Prepare, label, track, and manage large sample sets (500 samples)
- Document experimental work accurately using electronic lab notebooks (ELNs)
- Assist with data tracking, review, and preliminary analysis
- Adapt to evolving study plans and troubleshoot day-of-study challenges
- Work with high-potency compounds, including Antibody‑Drug Conjugates (ADCs), within Occupational Exposure Band 4 (OEB4) and/or OEB5 environments as required
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Engineering, or a related scientific field
- 1–2 years of hands-on industry or academic laboratory experience
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
- Experience using electronic lab notebooks (ELNs) and data tracking systems
- Previous exposure to clean room environments, clinical manufacturing, or process characterization
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable balancing lab execution with documentation during downtime
