Job Description
- Hands-On Lab Work
- Perform affinity chromatography and viral inactivation to support cell culture studies.
- Conduct cell culture experiments from shake flasks to bioreactors.
- Prepare solutions, submit samples, and calibrate lab equipment.
- Project Ownership
- Lead purification workflows and manage timelines and deliverables.
- Analyze large datasets and draft technical reports to support studies.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with a small, innovative team to brainstorm and solve problems.
- Coordinate with broader scientific teams to align lab activities.
- Communication & Compliance
- Present findings in cross-functional meetings.
- Follow GxP standards, GHS policies, and lab protocols.
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or Chemistry (required)
- Hands-on lab experience with cell culture and/or purification techniques (academic research or internship experience counts!)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship
- Position is full-time, first-shift, Mon-Fri 8:00AM - 4:30PM
