Pharmaceutical Process Data Entry, Review Assistant

Serves as a liaison to cross functional teams while performing and coordinating data review and data management assignments of all documentation related to manufacturing support through management of data in electronic systems, product impact assessment, investigation, process validation studies, and technical evaluation as required.

This role is focused in data entry, data review and data management. This is not a data analytics role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Manages data entry process into electronic systems (Excel, PRIMR, databases)
• Coordinates data entry/collection and review assignments
• Performs data review of scientific investigations
• Reviews and compiles data associated with process validation studies, product impact assessments, department reports, and technical evaluations

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, mathematics, or related discipline
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
• Ability to communicate with transparency
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word and PowerPoint).
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel Knowledge and Power Automate experience preferred
• Familiarity with SharePoint and Oracle Database preferred
• GMP experience preferred
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries strongly preferred
• Experience involving data entry and review

  Position is full-time, first-shift, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

• Position is 100% on-site.

• Pay: $22.50 - $33.50 hour based on degree and experience level.
