In this role, you will design, optimize, and qualify analytical methods to enable process and formulation development. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset to drive innovation and project success.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, optimize, and qualify analytical methods for synthetic molecules.Provide analytical support for process and formulation development activities.Independently plan and execute experiments; analyze and interpret complex data.Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.Ensure compliance with cGMP/GLP, safety, and regulatory standards.Prepare clear, concise technical reports and maintain accurate documentation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.Manage multiple tasks efficiently while learning and applying new techniques.QualificationsQualificationsHands-on experience with analytical techniques (LC, GC, Dissolution, Karl Fischer, spectroscopy) for synthetic molecules.Background in method development and validation for synthetic molecule products.Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and teamwork skills.Authorization to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship.Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, pharmacy, engineering, or related field with 4 years of relevant industry experience.OR Master’s degree in a related field with 2 years of relevant industry experience.Additional InformationWhat to Expect in the Hiring Process: 10-15 Minute Phone Interview with Region Recruiter45-60 Minute Virtual Interview with Manager and/or Group Leader45-60 Minute In-Person Meeting to Meet the Team and Discuss the Role Additional Details: This is a full-time, onsite position based on a first-shift schedule (Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm), with overtime required as needed.
