A Sales Executive (SE) develops their territory by prospecting:CRM database – providedProactive researchIndustry and trade eventsReferralsAll other relevant sourcesA successful SE will maintain a pipeline of at least 50 opportunities by month 4 of their employment. The TM is expected to set appointments with prospects and existing accounts and spend as much time as necessary on the road (probably less than 50%) to reach sales quotas.QualificationsBasic Minimum Qualifications: College degree preferredMinimum 5 years experince in B2B electronic sales Expereince with electronics and TIC indsutryBasic understanding of electricityAuthorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship. The Ideal Candidate Possesses the Following:MotivatedInitiviteStrong communicationGeography:This sales territory consists of New York, New Jersey and the states that are commonly referred to as New England (CT, MA, ME, NH, RI, VT).Compensation:Starting salary, $90,000, plus commission on salesAll business-related use of a personal vehicle will be reimbursed at the current federal rate for mileage. For business trips that are drivable but where the destination is greater than 150 miles from your home office, use of a rental car is permitted (rentals must be done through National Car Rental which gives Eurofins a preferred rate and includes insurance).Territory and quota adjustments will be reviewed on an annual basis, to coincide with the beginning of the calendar year, however, they may be adjusted according to business needs and results at any time.Additional InformationPosition is full-time working remote Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm, with overtime as needed.
