Stability Operations & Sample Management
- Support ELL business and client goals by analyzing and assessing stability needs
- Receive, process, set down, and distribute stability samples
- Ensure compliance with the Quality System; identify, prevent, and correct deviations
- Adhere to efficient lab standards; develop and implement operational improvements
- Participate in continuous improvement of stability processes and procedures
- Support chamber calibration and maintenance as needed
- Learn to troubleshoot, recognize errors, identify root causes, and apply process improvements
- Stay current on technology, industry trends, and business advancements
- Assist in writing and editing procedures and reports
- Review data, notebooks, and reports for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate procedures, results, and questions with clients and cross-functional teams
- Ensure clients receive excellent service and accurate analytical results
- Foster motivation, morale, and teamwork within the department
- Expand self-awareness and develop soft skills
- Attend applicable training based on identified development needs
