Job Responsibilities
- Implement and perform a variety of assays to support material characterization, process optimization and formulation development of new drug modalities, such as lipid, mRNA, and protein characterization and analysis using LC-MS, LC-MS/MS, UPLC, SEC-MALS, etc.
- Write test methods, procedure SOPs, and study reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including genetic medicine, formulation, and analytical development teams to ensure timely delivery of assay data.
- Troubleshoot, interpret, and present experimental data in multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Maintain detailed records in electronic lab notebook and sample management system.
- Willing to take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
