We are seeking a detail-oriented QC Wet Chemistry Analyst to support quality control operations in a GMP-regulated laboratory environment. This role focuses on raw material and component testing using wet chemistry techniques, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining high-quality laboratory documentation and practices. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing setting and is committed to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine testing of raw materials using wet chemistry techniques
- Conduct periodic raw material sampling in compliance with established procedures
- Execute visual inspection/testing of drug product containers, closures, and medical device components
- Perform testing on the raw materials of drug products
- Accurately document test results and maintain laboratory records and logbooks
- Write, revise, and maintain laboratory documentation, including SOPs and specifications (SPECs)
- Ensure laboratory compliance with cGMP requirements and regulatory standards
- Calibrate, verify, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment
- Maintain appropriate levels of laboratory supplies and inventory
- Collaborate with internal teams and interact with clients and cross-functional groups as needed
- Participate in training programs to maintain technical and compliance proficiency
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and 5S principles
- Work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Life Sciences or a related field
- Hands-on laboratory experience with wet chemistry techniques
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

What to Expect in the Hiring Process:
- 10-15 Minute Phone Interview with Region Recruiter
- 45-60 Minute Virtual Interview with Manager and/or Group Leader
- 30 Minute Virtual Meeting with the Site Director
The position is on-site, full-time, first shift, Monday through Friday. Candidates must be flexible to adapt to schedule changes that may require shift changes and/or weekend work, and overtime may be required as needed.
